10% off discount for booking 25 lessons in advance, applicable to all types of lessons.
Transportation surcharge applies for home lessons, amount depends on distance from central, typically around £5-10
Unless otherwise negotiated, payments are to be settled at the end of each month, after the classes are taken. A monthly message or invoice specifying the number of lessons or hours taken will be sent to students together with the amount payable. For convenience and safety, please settle the fee by bank transfer —

Cancellation policy
For any class arrangement changes, cancellations and payment issues, please contact the admins instead of the teachers. Cancellation and rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance via our admin, otherwise the lesson will be counted as taken normally. Cancellations made due to sick leave require 3 hours advance notice, a doctor's certificate has to be presented in a later time.
The fair amount of time of advance notice allows students and teacher to mutually respect each other's time and to plan ahead their future schedule.

Should you be not happy with the current teacher for whatever reason, simply let us know, we shall provide you an alternative teacher to continue the learning. There will be no hard feelings, no charge as well.
